If you want to advertise the programs you are in, you can simply put your referral links in rotation at the paid-to-surf programs you are a member of. However, there is also a wide variety of so-called traffic exchanges.
The idea is simple: you view other people’s sites and they view yours. When choosing a traffic exchange, you should look at the surf ratio: how many sites do you have to view for your own site to be viewed?
At most traffic exchanges you can also use banner impressions to advertise your programs. Most programs provide banners for promotion. If not, join www.addesigner.com free and create your own!
This is a small selection of manual traffic exchanges I use to advertise my site. I only choose manual exchanges because that way people will actually see your page while clicking, even if it is only briefly.
My favorite one - the only traffic exchange that I have ever upgraded at:
HitsBoosterPro
Tons of bonuses and prizes, for free as well as upgraded members.
Surf ratio for the traffic exchanges below is the ratio for free members. Upgraded members usually have a better ratio.
1:1 ratio (view one page to have your page viewed once)
